Welcome To Playing Aloud Studios.
Opened in 2005, Playing Aloud has many years experience in the Music profession, with the focus on providing quality service to bands throughout the Lincoln area. The studio is located in North Hykeham on the south side of Lincoln.
Playing Aloud provide 3 large and 1 small band rehearsal rooms, with equipment ranging from PA only to fully equipped with PA, drums, bass and guitar amps. The rooms were designed and built to provide comfort and convenience. Each studio is acoustically treated, soundproof and ventilated.
An affordable demo quality recording service is available.
PA equipment is available to hire ranging from a small system suitable for a small pub gig or party up to a 3.5kW rig with sound engineer.
Playing Aloud's main customer base consists of bands local to the Lincoln area. Lincoln has a vibrant and growing music scene, with many talented young (and not so young!) bands. To find out more about Lincoln's music scene, take a look at www.lincolnbands.co.uk

Location
Westminster Industrial Estate, Station Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6 3QY. Map Ref 937672.
After turning into Westminster Road, take the first turn left, which has no name. There is a blue & white Playing Aloud sign on the corner. Carry on to the end of the road and turn left into the industrial yard through the blue gates (PA sign). We are the detached building on the left side (PA sign).
We are situated to give easy access by road however note that the area & Station Road in particular are very busy between 5:15pm and 5:45pm so allow extra time for your journey around these times. We have ample free parking. We are only ten minutes walk from Hykeham train station and about the same from Doddington Road bus stops. We have full wheelchair access to all of our studios and facilities.

Monday to Thursday: 10am – 11pm
Friday: 7pm – 10pm
Weekends: 10am – 5pm
Note we are not usually at the premises on weekdays 10am - 5pm unless we have bookings.
